JOB POSTING #1086 TITLE: HR Director (hybrid role) INDUSTRY: Financial Services LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA COMPENSATION: $130-170k base plus a discretionary bonus RELOCATION: None

Well-established and still growing Financial Services company is looking for an HR Director to lead a segment of their business.

SUMMARY:

Will design, develop, and implement the HR strategy for the assigned business segment of around 200 (and growing) employees

Work closely with company leaders

Reports to the VP of HR

Lead a team of HR professionals

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of broad and deep HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience

HR experience within the financial services, insurance, entertainment industry, consulting or other professional services industries is a plus

Leadership experience

Bachelor's degree
