It continues to seek top talent to join its team and contribute to its ongoing success.Responsibilities: Responsible for the company's logistics management of North American overseas warehouse, including inbound and outbound, inventory management, distribution quality control; Manage the warehouse team, formulate and implement a warehouse management system to ensure the efficiency and safety of warehouse operation; Responsible for communication and coordination with suppliers, customers, and other related parties to ensure timely delivery of goods and customer satisfaction; Responsible for cost control and budget management of warehouses to ensure the reasonableness and controllability of warehouse operation cost; Responsible for the development and implementation of overseas warehouse solutions, including but not limited to overseas warehouse layout, logistics, and distribution; Insight into the local logistics resources and market in North America, and risk avoidance measures and recommendations based on the insights.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics management, warehouse management, and other related disciplines; More than 5 years of warehouse logistics management experience, with North American overseas warehouse construction and management experience; Experience in large-scale logistics and planning strategy; Familiar with the warehouse logistics management process and operating standards, with strong team management communication, and coordination skills; Strong cost control and budget management skills, able to effectively reduce warehouse operating costs; Willingness to travel if needed; Bilingual/advanced proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required.
