What You'll Do:

• Expertly apply crop protection products with precision and efficiency
• Manage and spray 20,000-30,000 acres annually
• Keep equipment in top shape through regular maintenance
• Support other team areas when needed

What We're Looking For:

• CDL and Applicator's License (preferred but not required)
• Driven, self-starter with a passion for agriculture
• Mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills
• Clean driving record
• Prior experience operating sprayers/spreaders is essential
