Your Role as an LPN:

• Provide Care: Deliver compassionate nursing care and administer medications and treatments as assigned.
• Support Patients & Families: Educate and guide patients and families in health care instructions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor Health: Record vital signs, symptoms, and responses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
• Contribute to Comfort: Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
• Step Up as Needed: Assist with unit management and assume charge responsibilities when assigned.

What Were Looking For:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 1 year of experience preferred but not required.Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-quality care.Team Player: A positive, collaborative attitude to help us deliver exceptional outcomes for our residents.
