Your role will be crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates and contributing to the overall success of our properties.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet prospective tenants, schedule showings, and guide them through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Office Management: Handle general office tasks, including records management, rent collection, and managing delinquent accounts.
- Marketing & Outreach: Create and post engaging rental ads and manage online listings to attract qualified applicants.
- Records & Compliance: Prepare court documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
- Community Building: Foster positive relationships with residents, responding to their needs with care and efficiency.

What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; College degree is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Experience with AppFolio is a plus.
