- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
- Support students' transition between grade levels and educational settings.
- Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of school psychology.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and consultations.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' needs and inform intervention strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop comprehensive support plans.
Requirements
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Active school psychology license issued by the Illinois Board of Psychology
- Certification from the National Association of School Psychology is preferred
- Possess at least a Master's degree in an Educational Psychology-related field
