Triad Associates Inc. is in the telecommunications industry!Be a part of a team that focuses on providing Engineering and Construction services for the Wireless and Cell Tower Industry. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network, and AT&T. We are adding a few new roles to our Construction Department. Be a part of our growth and be a voice in our company! Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair electrical equipment on Cell Phone Towers
  • Travelling 90% of the time to our Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska locations (potentially other states as well)
  • Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Be responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, with an emphasis on meeting the budgeted hours available.
  • Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a Cell Tower site
  • Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems
  • Inspects Cell Tower Sites for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed.
  • Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews.
  • Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work.
  • Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Be a licensed Journeyman Electrician (Class A)
  • Experience in the construction industry; Telecom Industry a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foreman's
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Have a valid Driver's License
