Pay $50,000 - $100,000.01/year Sign-On Bonus: Potentially - Up to $2,500.00 Responsibilities Installation of complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications Demonstrate motivation and flexibility to adeptly handle responsibilities on both commercial and residential job sites. Utilize a wealth of experience in overseeing crews of 2-10 plumbers, providing effective leadership and guidance. Maintain a valid plumbing license to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Attend weekly job meetings and coordinate with the General Contractor's on-site Supervisor during project duration. Ensure work compliance with engineering specifications and local building codes. Maintain accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up. Work with minimal supervision, applying skills and independent decision-making to deliver superior quality work for the customer. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices. Requirements Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places Skilled at using power and hand tools. Excellent and effective communication skills (oral and written) Must be authorized to work in the US.
