Read and interpret drawings, take accurate measurements, and perform detailed field cuts that meet project specs. Lead an on-site installation team, ensuring deadlines are met and safety protocols are followed. Effectively communicate with clients, building superintendents, installation crews, and project managers to ensure top-quality results. Qualifications: E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA. Fully tooled and self-sufficient in the trade. Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites. Must have experience with custom homes.
