Title: Junior Construction Defense Litigation Attorney

Location: Manhattan, New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $130-$170k

Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier, NYC-based boutique law firm that is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add another construction defense litigation associate to their team.

What We Are Looking For...

• At least 5 years of construction defect/dispute litigation experience
• Must be able to prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, conduct depositions, and draft motions and briefs, with minimal supervision
• Must be capable of independently managing a litigation caseload, drafting motion and brief arguments, and handling cases from intake through completion
• First chair jury trial experience is a plus

Education Requirements:

• JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar Association
