Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cyber Analyst to join dynamic team of a MSP that provides cloud solutions to healthcare facilities across the globe. As a Cyber Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organizations digital assets and ensuring the security of our cloud-based infrastructure. This position involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our security posture. Day to Day: Monitor security alerts and events from various sources, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other security tools. Conduct initial triage and analysis of security incidents to determine their impact and urgency. Document and escalate incidents as necessary, following established protocols. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective security measures. Participate in threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks. Maintain detailed records of security incidents and investigations. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift rotation if required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus but not mandatory. Required Skills & Experience - Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology - Practical experience within cybersecurity through education, internships, or entry level roles - Strong work ethic and organization skills - Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, GSEC) - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. - Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks with discipline and attention to detail.
