Pharmbills seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Jr Data Processing Coordinator to join our client's Property Management team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new buildings into our client's systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Collecting and processing new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate the collection and processing of all necessary paperwork and documentation from new hires.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements regarding employment documentation.
- Conducting background checks.
- Manage the background check process for new hires, liaising with relevant third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the background check process.
- Monitoring onboarding process.
- Track the progress of new hires throughout the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify and address any bottlenecks or challenges that may impede the smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in onboarding or HR administration, with a strong understanding of onboarding best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in onboarding software/tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
