Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist– Americas

Our client, a global technology company is seeking Field Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic Marketing Team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a user base within the Americas by coordinating campaigns, events and compelling digital content. The Junior Marketing Field Manager will work closely with internal teams to support local marketing initiatives, increase program adoption, and drive engagement with key audiences.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time role, reporting to the Chief of Staff of the business unit, and will support marketing programs and events in the Americas with a specific for the U.S. market. The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with both the central marketing team and field team, and ensuring successful program execution across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of regional marketing strategies in alignment with global objectives and local priorities.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing programs to drive adoption and engagement of the education program.
- Coordinate and support local events, ensuring successful implementation and follow-up.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the central marketing team to create localized content that resonates with U.S. audiences and aligns with the overall brand messaging.
- Assist in managing email marketing, newsletters, and regional communications to stakeholders, including internal teams, students, and partners.
- Help track and report on key metrics for various marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with local field teams to provide marketing support for large-scale programs and events.
- Contribute to the development of creative marketing assets that are both engaging and informative for target audiences.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a field marketing or program management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, event coordination, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in event management and logistics, from planning through to execution.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics platforms.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed for events and field marketing activities.
