Salary: 55-65K Base + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Equipment support on the company's grinding, dicing, and laser equipment: installations, preventative maintenances, and malfunction troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot independently through rigorous electrical / mechanical procedural sequences
- Efficiently document analytical steps and root causes for both internal team and customers
- Train customer's personnel in servicing, maintenance, and operations of the company products
- Become a reliable remote support for customers via email/phone
- Internally, participate in research and development of new equipment hardware, signal instrumentations, and software systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline is welcome
- 2 - 4 years of working experience a plus
- Bilingual skills in Japanese, Chinese or Spanish
- Strong aptitude and repair skills toward electro/mechanical components
- Knowledge of common lab instrumentations like multi-meters, oscilloscopes
- Making, reading, and interpreting CAD drawings and electrical diagrams
- General computer programming. Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Windows software
