Tasks include collaboration with members of the team which handle document preparation, preclose review, loan funding, and onboarding. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Assumes responsibility and ensures that the loan documents are created accurately both internally and by approved attorneys in a timely manner.
- Detailed collateral perfection knowledge of real estate, commercial & industrial lending.
- Maintains the daily workflow activity to ensure service level commitments are met.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations; stays current with regulatory and market developments.
- Performance measurements are comprised of documentation requirements, organizational skills, and involve a professional attitude with collaborative relationships with the lending staff in the banking centers.
- Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned, or directed.

A minimum 3-5 years commercial lending, title company/escrow, or loan servicing experience required. Required Knowledge:Loan Documents, Real Estate, Commercial & IndustrialExperience Required:Experienced with complex commercial transactions/structures, evaluating and preparation of loan documents. Skills/Abilities:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to work with speed and accuracy and possess detailed organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and delegate work. Must be decisive and detail oriented.Must possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Possess ability to write reports and business correspondence.
