City Wide Facility Solutions of NW Ohio & SE Michigan is currently seeking a highly motivated JR. Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a JR. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. Working closely with the operations and sales team, the JR. Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team and cover a broad territory that includes NW Ohio & SE Michigan (Ann Arbor, Detroit, Monroe, Toledo, and Findlay) and surrounding communities. This role requires exceptional listening and questioning skills, a passion for finding and closing new business, and the ability to sell value over price. The ideal candidate will excel in developing long-lasting customer relationships and contributing to our companys growth
In this role, you will:
+ Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals, resulting new sales per month!
+ Make a combination of 50-100 of sales calls and e-mails per day to prospective clients.
+ Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, developing an understanding of account requirements, and preparing initial presentations for City Wides outside sales team.
+ Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
+ Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
+ Maintain and manage your Hot 100 list in the CRM.
+ Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that develops rapport with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
+ Training in Marketing, Sales, or comparable discipline.
+ Strong prospecting skills.
+ Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.
+ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, highly detail oriented (ability to follow-up).
+ Hunter sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
+ Valid drivers license and clean driving record with reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2+ years' history working in a B2B sales environment with a track record of success.
+ Experience developing a sales territory.
+ Prior sales training completion, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
