Responsibilities:
- Positioning the Planview value proposition as part of our overall business solution, aligning these benefits with key business issues of the prospect/customer
- Performing prospect and customer presentations and demonstrations using Planview solutions
- Preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and other prospect inquiries
- Participating in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities in order to promote awareness of Planview and our solutions
- Conducting custom/configured demonstrations and benchmarks, using actual or derived customer information, for example scenarios and scripted demos
- Delivering product demonstrations in support of the Planview solution; demonstrations vary from executive-level overviews to scripted proofs-of-concept
- Providing continuous correspondence with the prospect to reinforce and sell the value of the Planview solution. Providing further clarification to the prospect through follow up phone calls and additional demonstrations
- Performing solution consultant partner training
- Participation with the Sales team in the preparation and execution of individual sales strategies for Planview prospects and customers
- Communicate customers business requirements to members of the implementation team after completion of the sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to post-sales
- Support tradeshows, conferences, and other marketing events
- Maintain your own professional development and presentation skills; including continuous learning of new Planview products/technologies/solutions
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a Sales mindset, who is passionate to collaborate in a team-selling environment, is driven and comfortable working from home. You have
- Relevant college/university degree required
- Pre-sales Experience: Minimum 2 years previous presales consulting experience or consulting experience with a strong desire to move into a presales role
- Industry/Domain Expertise: Minimum 2 years experience in
- PPM/PRM and/or Agile software/industry experience
- Software Configuration Experience
- Experience in Agile based practices
- Experience in being part of teams practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe etc.) a plus
- Sales oriented behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Presentation/Demonstration skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, and consulting skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects
- Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement. Other languages are a bonus.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid mode of working; must have a suitable home-working environment too.
- Willing to adjust work schedule to fit the requirements of the task at hand. This position may include the necessity for evening and/or weekend work.
- Be willing to support remote meetings from home and to travel to support face-to-face on-site meetings as required. The role will support multiple countries across APAC.
- Be willing to travel occasionally to other global regions, to partners, customers, prospects, events and internal meetings.
- Be willing to travel outside of normal working hours, if required.
- Comfortable working in a web environment, for example, the ability to be technically self-sufficient in preparing for and conducting product/solution demonstrations.
- Manila, Philippines location required.
