In this role, you'll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
- Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
- Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in electronics or industrial electromechanics
- Medical Device background
- Experience troubleshooting semi and fully-automated systems including test, assembly, and other process equipment.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and electro-pneumatics, instrumentation, laser, vision system, electric motors, and electricity principles.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of computer repair/programming.
- Knowledge in PLC troubleshooting
- Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and vision system areas
- Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Availability for 3rd shift
