- This role will serve as the lead for the Accounts Receivable duties and will oversee and analyze the Accounts Receivable personnel's day-to-day duties. (Essential)
- Monitor invoicing activities, cash application, and other transactions for timeliness and accuracy. (Essential)
- Prepares journal entries for monthly general ledger close. (Essential)
- Prepares and compiles monthly financial statements and related schedules in a timely manner including service reports, inventory-related analysis, and financial statement input. (Essential)
- Prepares analyses and reviews financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. (Essential)
- Prepares monthly corporate reporting and forecasts and other reporting and informational requests from Ebara Corporation (EC) and within ETI. (Essential)
- Assists in preparing documentation for annual financial audits and quarterly reviews. (Essential)
- Prepares commission journal entries, tracking, and monthly salesperson's commission payments for payroll submission. (Essential)
- Prepares monthly outside sales representative commissions. (Essential)
- Prepares commission and bonus agreements. (Essential)
- Prepares and assists with StravisLink reporting. (Essential)
- Perform analysis on make parts and suggest BOM, router, or cost updates. (Essential)
- Backup for review, update, and approval of new part number entries into ETI's ERP system. (Essential)
- Willingness to perform other accounting staff functions including, but not limited to: accounts payable processing, document scanning and filing. (Essential)
- Complies with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)

Education
- Associate or Bachelors in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Four (4) to six (6) years of financial accounting experience, including internal financial statement preparation and daily general ledger accounting, preferably in a multi-company environment.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
- Detailed knowledge of financial and managerial concepts and theories as well as cost accounting concepts and theories.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
