Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy in managing financial transactions. This role is essential for ensuring that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately.ResponsibilitiesReconcile and process all paper, electronic, and credit card receipts not auto-posted through PeopleSoft.Handle payments (checks) not posted through the A/R system.Research unidentified Accounts Receivable checks.Verify all payment information is accurate and applied to proper customer accounts.Use web-based image applications.Process and reconcile daily bank deposits (non A/R and A/R).Retrieve, compile, and process all Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs).Research and retrieve Imaged Check Requests.Perform other Accounts Receivable duties as requested.Essential Skills0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and other advanced functions.Excellent communication skills for working with both internal and external customers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of PeopleSoft Applications is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe position is within a cubicle environment, working closely with a team of 8-10 members in the AR, HR, and AP departments.
