We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Buyer HUGO Womenswear (m/f/d) to strengthen our Buying team.
**What you can expect:**
* Key player in selecting / buying an European Retail Assortment which is reflecting specific needs as well as showing a 360 degree Brandexperience
* Ensures profitable growth by creating an assortment structure that includes both: Commerciality of the range as well as fashionability of the assortment
* Lives a strong relationship with all interfaces and work closely with interfaces, e.g. Brand Merchandising, Global Planning and Brand management
* Improves and new develop order processes in terms of efficiency, digitalization, e-com push and future trends
* Highly involved / supportive in Retail projects which are ensure a continues improvement in our Merchandise processes
* Identify fashion trends and further develop Bestseller to their full potential by sharing experiences and analysis in a briefing document
**Your profile:**
* Bachelors Degree in Business / Merchandising
* Working experience within fashion industry, ideally from a Online/Retail background
* Highly organized and structured with the ability to prioritise successfully
* Numeric, analytical person with a hands-on mentality and profound knowledge of all relevant retail KPIs
* Teamplayer who due to the velocity and high complexity of the business is used to work in a fast paced environment, resilient person, quick learner
* Excellent in communication and management Computer proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel), preferably experience with SAP
* Fluent (verbal and written) in English, additional languages are a plus
* Highly motivated to work in a very dynamic environment
* High level of flexibility due to the fast changing merchandise segment
