A Day in the Life of a Junior Case Manager

As a Junior Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal Attorney with managing the firm's caseload. This position involves organizing case files, gathering critical information, and communicating with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals to prepare cases for trial. Your efforts directly contribute to the firm's goal of providing exceptional service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Principal Attorney by organizing case information in Airtable and Salesforce (SF)
  • Investigating case details and gathering facts
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic case files and documentation
  • Collecting evidence and preparing legal documents for review
  • Coordinating with clients, witnesses, adjusters, and other legal professionals
  • Drafting legal correspondence and formal statements
  • Completing a 6-week Case Management Training program

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in person
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, confident, and dependable attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
