Our client is a local HVAC and plumbing company located in Ansonia, CT. They are a small family owned business with 33 total employees and are continuing to grow. They have an office staff of about 10 employees in a spacious environment, they are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to join their office staff! Selling Points: Paid lunch. 401 K matching 3%. Dental, life, and health 80% paid health. 5 sick days 5 PTO days in the first year. Opportunity for some commission to be earned through successful outbound calls. Responsibilities: Answering inbound phone calls, from current customers. Making outbound phone calls to former customers. Creating work orders for service calls. Schedule and coordinating all service calls as calls are received with dispatcher. Office filing and faxing of documents. Maintain customer database information utilizing CRM software called Titan.
