Location: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite) in either the New York City office or the Stamford, CT office. Position Overview: Provide operational support, metrics, reporting, and assist with the preparation of presentations. You will work closely with the Chief Information Risk Officer (CIRO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing schedules for the team, especially for the CIRO and CISO, including coordinating meetings, arranging agendas, and tracking deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols for storing and handling sensitive information.
- Process purchase orders, manage expense reports, and assist with budgeting for risk-related initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries, routing requests, and escalating as needed.
- Collect, analyze, and report on cyber risk metrics, producing periodic reports for senior management and stakeholders within Cyber and IT Risk.
- Develop presentations for internal and external audiences, effectively visualizing data and summarizing complex cyber risk insights.
- Participate in risk assessment activities, contributing insights from data analytics and assisting in project tracking.
- Maintain and update dashboards to track risk trends and the impact of mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of job or internship experience in risk analysis, cybersecurity, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in finance or corporate risk is a plus.
