- Prioritize safety above all.
- Interpret plans and specifications to formulate comprehensive cost estimates.
- Prepare and present bids, attend pre-bid meetings, and conduct site visits.
- Perform quantity take-offs and construct bid item work breakdown structures.
- Estimate project costs through data compilation and review with senior management.
- Facilitate project hand-off meetings and attend project close-out meetings for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and engineering firms.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
- Associate degree or minimum of 1 year experience of electrical estimating experience with an electrical contractor.
- Diverse project experience, including commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, fire alarm, security systems, and EV systems.
- Exposure to ConEst software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue necessary education and certifications for career development.
- Stable work history is a must.
- Effective collaboration with both office and field team members.
- Strong customer service and communication skills(verbal/written).
- Willingness to travel to branches as needed.
