KniTec is a growing sales company specializing in professional audio-visual equipment and display distribution. We provide comprehensive solutions to clients in sectors such as hospitality and healthcare. We are looking for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Junior Inside Sales Rep, you will assist with quotations, sales orders, and invoices, collaborate with the team to support Pro AV products, maintain accurate records, and handle customer inquiries. This is an onsite, full-time role.

Qualifications:

• Experience in administration or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with good data entry skills
• ERP/CMS experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
