Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior/Intermediate Interior Designer to join our interiors team. This role works directly with a senior designer and offers hands-on experience with high-end residential projects. The focus is on decorating and FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), with the support of a dedicated procurement team. This position is ideal for a designer with 3-4 years of post-graduate experience who thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and execution of high-end residential interiors, focusing on decorating and FFE.
- Develop design concepts through mood boards, sketches, and renderings.
- Source and specify high-end furniture, finishes, and materials.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure seamless execution of specifications.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and specifications for review.
- Utilize 3D rendering tools such as Rhino and Enscape to visualize design concepts.
- Contribute to the creation of client presentations using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Coordinate with senior designers, project managers, and external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
- Strong technical skills in drafting, rendering, and creating detailed presentations.
- Excellent eye for high-end furniture and material selection.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
