Job Description:
Major family-owned, NYC, real estate company seeks detail-oriented, self-motivated leasing administrator to work on-site, who can excel in a fast-paced environment, and provide exemplary customer serviceJob description:
  • Greeting prospects, returning visitors, and registering them into our online system (guest cards).
  • Answering phones.
  • Scheduling/coordinating appointments, maintaining a busy calendar schedule
  • Generating weekly traffic reports based on guest card data.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  • Ensure the leasing office is clean, orderly, and well-organized.
  • Conduct presentations of the building's amenities and available apartments to prospective residents.
  • Facilitate the application process, review documents, and conduct lease signings with applicants.
  • Aid prospects and residents with lease information concerning all new leases and lease renewal questions.
  • Update our listing database (Nestio) with up-to-date listings, listing descriptions, photographs, and pricing.
  • Distribute
  • Maintain an accurate list of renewals and renewal status.
  • Update and maintain the master list of all applicants and the apartment availability/pricing sheet.
  • General customer service with prospects and residents in the leasing office.
  • Work with management and leasing team to facilitate move-in.
  • Generate comp reports monthly.
  • Assist with broker outreach and resident events as needed.

  • Building Link
  • Clickpay
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF Converter, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills: ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Able and willing to work independently, with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Yardi, Nestio, and On-Site preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years or more of real estate or related industry experience is highly desirable.
