Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is the capability to articulate requirement documents and process flows for new solutions. You will be managing the operations at origin, and transit and destination. You will be critical to track and manage employee performance and generate appropriate reports.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Produce standard operational procedure documents and manage them on daily basis to ensure high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of daily routes.
  • Monitor real-time tracking systems to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Regular operations inspections, for origin, global mile, and destination to be conducted and share report of analysis.
  • Makes sure systems are updated on time and accurately and as per the procedures.
  • Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed to HR.
  • Train and develop direct reports.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and implement relevant technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Tech team on creating new functions using the operations documents drafted.
  • Assist and train personnel to use systems and the processing of work orders.
  • Support the management team with developing new, customized solutions for customers.
  • Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations and compliance.
  • Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies, processes, and standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations to meet customer's SLAs for all customers.
  • Ensure meeting team's KPI's and performance targets.
  • Ensuring all problems related to operations, systems and customers are resolved on time and attended immediately.
  • Coordinate with customer service team on addressing and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures end of month billing is run monthly correctly and on time.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, business, or related fields
  • 3 years of E-commerce or courier experience is a must.
Your Proficiencies:
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to foster good working relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationships management skills. Including the ability to work with virtual teams.
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional Proficiency: Advanced MS office Knowledge (Excel, word, outlook, etc.) / Power BI (or similar)
  • Experience of being involved in high growth companies. Exposure to tech and digital.
  • Knowledge of business process and functions.
