A leading company in the mobile-first economy whose goalis to transform how businesses engage with consumers, are looking for a Junior Payment Product Associate. They provide phone-based identity and authentication solutions that provides security, reduces friction, and lower operational costs for industries like banking, healthcare, e-commerce, and more. With over 1,000 enterprise clients, they process 20 billion customer interactions annually. You will assist in developing strategy and leading integrations of identity data sources, road mapping and helping lead escalated issues to be resolved.

You'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure the platform delivers on speed, highly efficient fraud prevention and scalability, while driving the product strategy to elevate the company to new heights.

Responsibilities of the Junior Payment Product Associate:

  • Work efficiently with multiple concurrent teams, including data science and analytics.
  • Oversee COGS (cost of goods), for data services, data pipelines.
  • Work closely with the Product Operations in identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships with global data providers.
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure solutions align with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security requirements.
  • Drive execution from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality product releases that meet market demands.

Requirements of the Junior Payment Product Associate:

  • 2+ years in product management/marketing or relevant tech experience, with expertise in identity verification, authentication, and 3rd party data vendors.
  • Proven ability in developing product positioning, messaging, and building cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, with a drive to seek new challenges and present complex ideas clearly.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO tech companies and agile methodologies is a plus, along with a passion for learning and promoting cultural values.
