ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE FAMILY MANAGER FOR UHNW FAMILY

  • Location: Boca Raton, Florida, USA
  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 gross p.a. plus package (benefits to be discussed with successful candidates)
  • Working Conditions: Full-time, with a rota schedule, 5 days on / 2 days off
  • Start Date: Interviewing Now | No later than August 2024
  • Contract: Permanent | Live-out - local candidates preferred
  • Additional: Bilingualism in Spanish and English is a prerequisite and candidates must possess a valid driver's license

We are looking for a Personal Assistant for our VIP client; a dynamic and high-profile family based in Boca Raton, Florida. The family is lively, full of humour, and they maintain a fast-paced, ever-changing lifestyle. They value education, attention to detail, bilingualism, and a friendly yet highly professional atmosphere in their household.

Job Overview:

The Chace People team is seeking a super-friendly, outgoing, and charismatic Personal Assistant to join the family's existing support team. This role involves supporting the Executive Family Manager who supports the Madam and three children, all under 10 years old. The ideal candidate will also be a friend and mentor to the children, who are alert, funny, and charismatic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules for both the Madam and the children, including school pickups/drop-offs, extracurricular activities and running errands.
  • Preferred experience with childcare; ability to interact effectively with children.
  • Work closely with the Executive Family Manager, and Nanny, to ensure seamless support and efficiency within the household.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication, being a team player and supporting the Executive Family Manager and Nanny in their responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Private PA, particularly with high-profile families.
  • Personal assistant background with proficiency in technology and communication, including being tech-savvy and adept at diary management and personal shopping.
  • Ability to be unflappable, consistent, and keep up with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
  • Bilingualism in Spanish and English is a prerequisite.
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week with rotational weekends.
