Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Procurement Contract Administrator to support the contract and renewal lifecycle for our software solutions. This role involves managing renewals, providing quotes, handling true-ups, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of agreements. The ideal candidate has buying experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and Renewals Management:
  • Coordinate software contract renewals, including processing true-ups, providing accurate quotes, and managing subscription adjustments
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure renewals are handled promptly and align with customer needs

  • Contract Administration:
  • Maintain and coordinate contract records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreement terms
  • Track and monitor deliverables, timelines, and obligations to ensure commitments are met

  • Collaboration and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, as well as external customers
  • Act as a point of contact for questions related to renewals, quotes, and procurement

  • Process Development and Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement and contract processes, driving efficiencies and enhancing the customer experience
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to streamline workflows and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, buyer, contract administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with buying and procurement processes
  • Software or technology solutions nice to have
  • Public sector experience nice to have
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
