Assist the team in achieving specific goals for each product, including evaluating product performance, and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.How You'll Do ItIdentify sources, monitor, analyze, and interpret key product performance metrics including financials, network volumes, other key statistics, and internal/external customer feedback trends, then develop and communicate findings, suggests and recommends performance improvements to support data driven business decisions.Partners with vendors and/or cross-functional internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology in the evaluation, development, management, and/or enhancement of assigned products and/or programs.Manages and communicates scope, deliverables, timelines of projects and/or plans within pre-set budgets.Participates in Agile sprints, planning, and executions.Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop or support sales efforts or go-to-market strategies.Qualifications You'll NeedThe BasicsBachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery/Commercialization, Project Management, Payments Industry, Financial Services, Marketing, or relatedIn lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related including Product Management ExperiencePhysical and Cognitive RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
