We're seeking a future team member for the role of Junior Product Marketing Manager to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Drive content and campaign management while also assuming responsibility for our comprehensive marketing materials and sales support content suite.

* Run lead on our strategic content campaign calendar, which determines prioritization and sequencing of internal and external thematic messaging.

* Track content development/usage and oversee quality control on our public site and internal sales repository (Seismic); identify content that should be retired/refreshed.

* Implement and ensure standard operating procedures and policies related to content management; challenge the status quo to raise standards and common practices.

* Drive a tight process to deliver on time, with flawless execution, tight proofing and strong command of content.

* The role serves as a career path to a Senior Marketing Manager position on the Solutions Marketing team.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3-5 years' marketing experience, preferably in financial services/wealth management.

* Excellent project management skills with incredible attention to detail.

* Self-starter, ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe.

* Strong verbal, written and overall communications skills.

* Genuine interest in learning the wealth management client business.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $56,000 and $94,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
