As a Junior Project Manager, youll play a vital role in coordinating the successful delivery of projects, collaborating with clients, and supporting our team in automating their workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of document management and workflow automation projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new clients by guiding them through the process of digitizing their paper documents and transitioning to the cloud-based DocPlace platform.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, and addressing any project-related concerns or requirements.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and working with the senior team to resolve them.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, and customer success) to ensure all project deliverables are aligned with client needs and internal objectives.
  • Issue Management: Proactively identify potential issues and risks, and collaborate with the team to develop solutions.
  • Quality Control: Assist in monitoring project outcomes to ensure high-quality standards are met and project objectives are delivered.
  • Workflow Automation Focus: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation and streamline the document management workflow using the DocPlace platform.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or document management environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of cloud-based platforms, document management systems, and workflow automation. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and non-technical clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment, willing to assist senior project managers and learn from them.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking project progress and managing documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud-based document management systems or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of workflow automation software or tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
