Requires 2 reference to be submitted along with resume to client.JOB DESCRIPTION OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee data and business analysts to ensure project goals and deadlines are being met.
- Work closely with the DOE data analysts to understand project scopes and goals.
- Collect requirements for new and changing reports / scripts.
- Document existing specifications and requirements.
- Collect, maintain and revise requirements and specifications for reports, queries and scripts.
MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must have minimally achieved the following level of experience:
- 4 Years of business requirement collection.
- 4 Years of understanding of reporting projects and office implementations.
- 4 Years of business requirement collection for reporting projects.
- 4 Years of understanding of reporting projects and implementation to guide requirements collection.
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree or a Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or related field.
- Prior education industry/project experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization including conveying technical issues to a non-technical audience.
- Detailed and process oriented.
- Familiarity with DIIT network standards for hardware and network connectivity.
