• Build a foundation for generating self-directed investment ideas, with a goal of proposing actionable strategies by the end of the first year.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Ability to design, build, and optimize models for quantitative analysis and valuation, and importantly look through the numbers for insight, errors, opportunities.

Mindset & Traits:

Strong intellectual curiosity and a self-starter attitude, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt.

Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in a non-institutional, hands-on role.

Highly quantitative and detail-oriented, with a creative, outside-the-box approach to problem-solving.

Eager to work hard in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with performance-driven bonus potential.

• Direct mentorship and exposure to the lead PM and hedge fund owner.
