* Drafting and placing employment ads
* Scheduling interviews
* Communicating with hiring managers on the status of open requisitions
* Prescreening candidates
* Drafting offer letters
* Entering pre-employment data into background check system and tracks status
* Coordinates drug screening for candidates and tracks status of eligibility.
* Conducts reference check verifications
* Preparing pre-employment paperwork for new hires
* Coordinating first day start confirmations
* Audit PAR-SAR's for Taleo entry and or submittal for approval
* Complies with all Gate Gourmet recruiting and hiring policies and procedures.
* Assist with reporting as needed
* Recruits for open requisitions as directed
* Helps build applicant sources by searching and contacting colleges, outplacement agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.
* Coordinates with Recruiter, Hiring Manager and Candidates to schedule travel itineraries for remote candidates.
* Supports the tracking of position approval requests for the full life cycle of the approval process.
* Assists in development, implementation and utilization of enterprise workforce planning tools and metrics for anticipatory staffing
* Maintains relationships with recruiting vendors
* Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
* Supports social media and mobile recruiting efforts.
* Manages special projects as assigned.
Education:
* Associates degree in related field required.
* Bachelors from a four year college or university preferred.
Work Experience:
* At least two years of recruiting industry experience
* Experience using TALEO applicant or and other applicable HRIS/ATS tracking systems required
* Experience using basic HTML is highly desirable
* Experience in a function or industry that is deadline and project driven with at least two years in a project management type role preferred

* Must have very strong computer and database application skills, and extremely high level of proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.)
* Must be highly organized and have superior time management skills
* Ability to recruit using Internet tools, relationship building and social networking
* Must take direction well

* Multi-lingual preferred
