As the Jr.PM/Scrum, you will work on a team that works with the developer and marketing technology group within a Fortune 100 company. You will work with various groups to drive the workforce and communicate between teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills
• Scrum knowledge/interest
• Agile understanding/knowledge
• Baseline understanding of the technical environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or related is preferred
• Self-starter/go-getter mentality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with team members to help understand and improve processes within the organization
• Provide streamlined communication between teams
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to help drive the business forward
• Manage obstacles that arise within the teams
