Junior Solution Architect – Dynamics365 CRM-based SolutionsThe Jr Architect position(s) we are looking for candidates who either already have experience in the role, or who are strong Sr Developers that are looking to make the leap over. We need candidates with strong Microsoft Dynamics experience and who would be comfortable and confident leading a team!Project Summary & OverviewWe seek five Junior Solution Architects to participate in our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative aims to revolutionize how our team delivers ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our customers. As a Dynamics365 Solution Architect, you will leverage your expertise in Agile and SCRUM Methodology, Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services to transform the technology that supports the most at-risk children and families within the state. Job Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.Utilize Agile and SCRUM Methodology to manage and deliver technical projects.Oversee the integration of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery.Required Skills:Proven experience with Agile & Scrum Methodology.1-3 years of documented experience in a similar role and strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Products, Services, and Solutions.Proficiency in Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.Solid understanding of .NET full-stack development.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Beneficial Skills (But Not Required):Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).SALARY AND BENEFITSThe leadership of our Company believes in attracting and retaining exceptional talent committed to serving our clients.
