Junior Tax/Wealth Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage short-form tax reporting and state reporting.
- Produce and transmit tax data to IRS and state agencies.
- Update service level agreements and communicate tax changes.
- Review entity data and handle complex requests.
- Train associates and contractors.
- Maintain procedures and ensure quality service.
- Research and implement new tax guidelines.
- Conduct yearly tax form testing and production validation.
- Assist management with additional duties.
Desired Skills:
- 1-2 years of banking industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
- Background in Wealth Management Operations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Worksite Type: Hybrid
Pay: $20.00-23.00/hr
