Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Job Function: Use of holistic approach to the needs of families and youth utilizing an array of different interventions: electronic monitoring of juveniles, case management, financial assistance, anger management, literacy skills assistance, various life skills support, linkages to community resources, and/or family engagement and support. This position requires on call hours.Key Responsibilities:•Submits Level of Service (LOS) within program requirements.•Attends agency and program meetings and trainings within established time frames.•Plays an active role in meetings and trainings designed to enhance agency and program operations.•Utilizes supervision effectively to explore professional development and training needs.•Meets obligations of program (contractual, licensing, Medicaid, etc.).Requirements:•Bachelors degree social work, criminal justice or a related field required.•Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.•Must regularly be able to see, speak and hear.
