- Possess or be eligible for valid NJ Administrative Certification with a Principal or Supervisor Endorsement.
- Possess valid NJ Instructional Certification with English Endorsement required.
- Possess a Master's Degree in English content or Education.
- A minimum of five (5) years' in grades 6-12 teaching experience in English/Language Arts preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff, students, parents and other district constituencies.
