: Job Details :

Operate K-pac machine and make necessary adjustments as needed to produce ground beef chubs. Responsible for food safety safety of TEAM Members in the work area assuring all policies and procedures are adhered to training and development of TEAM Members and necessary paperwork. Also responsible for efficiencies yields film cost usage as well as DMC product. All these items will be tracked reported to the supervisor and other duties as assigned by supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: Six months Ground Beef experience preferred. Good attendance no more than 5 points . TEAM Member disciplinary record cannot have a Written Warning with Suspension within the last 12 months. COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic computer skills required. TRAVEL: None SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Keeping track of the area and team members in the absence of the supervisor.
