The Kansas City Area Water/Wastewater Group Leader will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of the water/wastewater staff they supervise. This includes collaborating with the market, sector, discipline, and geography leads on short and long-term strategic planning, annual business planning, on-going business development and client development, team member recruiting and retention, team member professional development, consistently meeting company high-performance expectations for utilization and financial performance, and overall project production/quality. The Water/Wastewater Group Leader may also manage multiple projects and/or assist the project team with project management duties and best practices.

* Strong communication skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry.
* At least 4 years of experience supervising others.
