Develop long-term relationships with our guests by asking interesting questions, suggesting outreach event ideas.Team Building: Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team atmosphere. Provide and receive feedback in an honest and genuine manner.Styling & Curating: Know and communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic. Use product knowledge to connect with our guests and inspire with your impeccable style.Business Smarts: Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories.
