Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONSGed or diploma or equivalent experience Ability to read, write, conduct basic arithmetic. Manufacturing experience in heavy manufacturing [preferred]PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to tolerate standing for extended periods. Ability to tolerate safe levels of noise, heat, dust and cold. Additional Information

SUMMARYThis is aphysical position and often requires repetitive lifting of smaller products (up to 50 lbs.), assisted lifting of heavier products, standing for extended periods, walking within cell, maneuvering for bending, twisting, and lifting arms overhead. Standard safety gear is required, safety boots, ear plugs, safety glasses and other as determined. The environment can be cold based on activity in the plant (overhead doors opening) and very hot depending on outside temperature, and equipment operations.JOB DUTIESMake molds using sand and through the use of patterns. Ability to handle grinder unit and accurate maneuvering of product. Ability to perform essential requirements of job. Safe operations including all safety gear. Must be dependable.
