POSITION TITLE: Kettle & Angel Tree Assistant
LOCATION/DEPT: Evanston Corps
REPORTS TO: Corps Officers

OUTCOMES
Assist with the overall coordination of the kettle campaign and angel tree program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete and approve online Christmas Angel Tree ApplicationsAssist with delivery of angel tags to businesses and churches, pick up of angel tree gifts.Perform clerical duties to support Angel Tree.Maintain bell ringing site schedules through Register to RingAssists staff, volunteers, and angel tree donors with Corps Officer(s) guidance. Route driver and kettle counter as needed.Assist as needed the daily input of bell ringer hours. Other duties as assigned.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Corps Officers.
In contacts related to this position's duties, this individual acts as a representative of The Salvation Army and its mission.
PERFORMANCE MEASURMENTS
This individual will be evaluated on how effectively the outcomes of this position are achieved.
Timeliness and accuracy of accomplishing assigned goals will be reviewed.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license/MVR clearance.

POSITION LIMITATIONS
- This individual will only commit Army resources that have been allocated or approved.
- This individual will keep Corps Officers informed on all critical issues relating to their area of responsibility.
- This individual will adhere to all policies and procedures in carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position is required to do moderate physical work and must be able to lift 15 pounds.
- The work environment for this position includes the office environment and a 12-passenger van.
- Must be able to drive.
