Acts as a liaison between the hired bell ringers and Corps Officers along with the Business Administrator. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interviews, recruits, screens, and selection of bell ringing staff. Process of bell ringer applications with DHQ.Assists Kettle Administrator to coordinate and maintain bell ringing site schedules. Work with bell ringers to resolve payroll discrepancies as needed.Assists Kettle Administrator to ensure the daily route sheets are printed and distributed, if needed.Field calls on the Bell Ringer hotline during working hours. Prepare coffee and refreshments for bell ringers prior to the start of their shift.All other duties as assigned.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPSThis position reports to the Corps Officers.In contacts related to this position's duties, this individual acts as a representative of The Salvation Army and its mission. PERFORMANCE MEASURMENTS This individual will be evaluated on how effectively the outcomes of this position are achieved. Timeliness and accuracy of accomplishing assigned goals will be reviewed. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license/MVR clearance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position is required to do moderate physical work and must be able to lift 15 pounds.
- The work environment for this position is the Corps office.
- Must be able to drive.
