General Summary: This position manages the business relationship between the major accounts, sales representatives and the company. Major Responsibilities:
- Maintains and builds relationships with key decision makers. Reviews trends with buyers weekly. Implements season profitability plans. Review weekly sales performance.
- Analyze customer business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with key customers.
- Recommend and implement marketing strategies.
- Influence company inventory.
- Participation in shoe shows.
- Coordinate merchandising.
- Sales team support.
- Special projects as required
- Perform Account Associate duties as needed
- Communications with all levels of customer service / production.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- 1-3 years experience in a related field
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
